BEFORE YOU BOOK
HOW IT WORKS
The Podcast Studio is a self-guided recording space. Users are responsible for their content and should arrive prepared for their scheduled recording time. Please allow time to transfer or receive your files following the session.
- Maximum studio occupancy: 4 participants.
- Arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session.
- 24-hour cancellation policy.
- All recording files are provided; editing services are not included.
- Completion of the Podcast Studio User Agreement is required before booking.
Complete the Studio User Agreement
Before booking, users must review and complete the Livingston Business HUB Podcast Studio User Agreement.
Reserve Your Session
After completing the agreement, users proceed to the Podcast Studio booking page to select an available date and time.
Arrive + Record
Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in and setup. The studio accommodates up to four participants.
Receive Your Files
All recording files are provided after the session. Editing is not included at this time.
